2013 Malbec Clasico, a fresh, unoaked Malbec from Medrano in Lujan de Cuyo, with a bright ruby color and notes of red fruit, and piercing acidity. Pleasant, highly drinkable and enjoyable. One for the table. Only 13.7% alcohol, which is quite remarkable for a relatively warm region. Around one million bottles produced. Superb value.
