But this wine uses grapes from certified organic vines from a younger, high-density plot planted in 2001 in the vineyard around their winery. This shows more ripeness and softer acidity than the one from Valle de Uco. It fills your mouth and has some juicy tannins and volume but also freshness and good minerality.»
